Ms. Yerlymar Beatriz Castellanos Mujica

Ms. Yerlymar Castellanos is a Business Administrator and Master’s candidate in Management of Organizations at Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, Colombia. Her interests focus on organizational innovation, gamification, employee behavior, and digital technologies. She has experience in research, data analysis, Business Intelligence, and process optimization. Ms. Yerlymar’s research has been presented internationally, including in France, and she currently works on a project about the intersection of innovation, technology, and organizational management.
